Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 6/30/2026

Welcome to the website of Sweetie's Caring Hands ("Sweetie's Caring Hands," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Sweetie's Caring Hands, LLC. By accessing or using this website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our home care services. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment decision.

2. Not for emergencies

This Site and our contact forms are not monitored on an emergency basis. If you or someone you are caring for is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. About our services

Sweetie's Caring Hands provides in-home care services in the metro Atlanta area. Descriptions of services on this Site are general summaries. The specific services, availability, caregivers, schedule, and pricing that apply to you will be set out in a separate service agreement between you and Sweetie's Caring Hands. Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not create a care relationship or guarantee that services are available.

4. Service area and eligibility

We currently serve clients in the metro Atlanta area, including Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Douglas, Clayton, Cherokee, Fayette, Henry, and Paulding counties. Service availability may vary by location and by our current capacity.

5. Requests, scheduling, and payment

Any care services, rates, scheduling, deposits, cancellation terms, and payment obligations are governed by the separate written service agreement you enter into with us — not by this Site. In the event of any conflict, that signed service agreement controls.

6. Your use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to submit false or misleading information.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, logos, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to Sweetie's Caring Hands and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweetie's Caring Hands and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. [An attorney should tailor this clause — liability limits for the care services themselves belong in the service agreement, not the website terms.]

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
